The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now looking for more employees. JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to develop within HR and recruitment?

At the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, you will have the opportunity to use and further develop your knowledge in recruitment within an organization with a strong social mission. We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career but has already gained some experience in recruitment work.

As a recruitment specialist in Region North, you will have the chance to work closely with experienced colleagues and grow into the role. You will be involved in all or parts of the recruitment process and receive support to develop your skills in areas such as requirement profiling, selection, and competency-based interviews.

The position is located within operational HR North with a regional office in Härnösand.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who wants to develop in recruitment and who is structured, curious, and eager to learn. You enjoy collaborating and have a good sense of service. You can easily adapt when circumstances change and can see things from new perspectives. In your work, you plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A university degree in human resources or a related field
• Current experience in recruitment work and all parts of the recruitment process
• Experience working with recruitment within the public sector with merit and skill
• Excellent knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of qualified system support

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience conducting security clearance interviews
• Experience in competency-based recruitment
• Experience working in Visma Recruit
• Experience working in a consultative support role
• Experience in volume recruitment
• Experience in recruitment work within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service

Individual salary setting applies. A probationary period may be applied.
